WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our office is located at 11715 B 108 Avenue, and our front door is located on the southeast side of the building.
DO YOU HAVE FREE PARKING?
Yes! There is a parking lot in-front of our office and you are free to park in any available space.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Your first session will consist of a bit of paperwork and a lot of getting to know each other. We will start the session by reviewing and signing a consent for services form. After that, we will spend the remainder of the session going through a client history form. This process helps us to gain some understanding of your past and present experiences, as well as your hopes for the future (also known as your goals for therapy!). By the end of the session, you can expect to leave with a clear idea of what our plan is moving forward and the steps we will take to get
there.
HOW MUCH DOES A SESSION COST?
Our Psychologists charge $220 per 50-minute session, which is the standard rate recommended by the Psychologist’s Association of Alberta (PAA). A sliding scale fee may also be offered depending on individual circumstances; however, please inquire prior to booking as we have limited sliding scale spots available.
CAN YOU DIRECT BILL?
Yes, we offer direct billing to many insurance companies. Feel free to email us before your session to confirm that we can direct bill to yours.

WHAT IS YOUR COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL?
To help keep everyone safe, several additional safety measures are currently in place:
- Mandatory COVID-19 screening questionnaire sent via email 4 hours before your appointment
- Clients asked to arrive as close to their appointment time as possible to limit time spent in the waiting area
- Mask wearing required throughout common areas (i.e., waiting room, hallways, bathroom) and during our counselling session
- Hand sanitizer available throughout the office spaces
- Strict cleaning procedures before and after all clients
Please do not come to your session if you are displaying any cold or flu symptoms. If you are feeling under the weather but would still like to have your session, or if you would feel more comfortable accessing telehealth options at this time, video appointments will continue to be offered for the foreseeable future.
